Many exciting opportunities exist to conduct advanced research studies in Palaeoscience at GARG, either in Geoarchaeology, Palaeoenvironment, Archaeometry, Geochronology, Geochemistry or Applied Archaeology. Currently, GARG is accepting applications for Integrated Projects (undergraduate students), and internships, as well as Honours, Masters, or PhD projects. Southern Cross University and GARG offer many scholarships every year for students to pursue their studies and research.

Students at GARG are given an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art facility on research questions related to Geoarchaeology and Archaeometry.
